A quick note on Faculty Lounge

This week, I introduced Faculty Lounge. It’s an invite-only group for folks who read this newsletter. We share daily fit pics, travel tips, connect with other dope people around the world, and much more.

NOTE:Faculty Lounge is open to anyone. You do NOT need to pay for access, you simply need to:

  1. Be subscribed to my newsletter for at least one month.

  2. Average a 60% open rate.

Update on invites:I’m onboarding members in batches. Next batch of invites go out this week, so be on the lookout!

The thing about form & function

*In partnership with Olivers

…is that sometimes you need both. Whether you’re catching a flight, biking across town, got a long day of meetings, or furiously running errands before a nice dinner, you need comfort (and to look good while doing it).

Olivers designed this dope pair of jeans just for that. Looks like denim, and daily performance. It’s the rite of passage you need.

Check em’ out here. Price: $148

My obsession with jackets

Ok. I keep finding too much dope outerwear. And I know we’re hitting summer, I just can’t help but keep wanting more dope pieces for the wardrobe. So here’s the latest roundup of pieces I’ve found that I just dig.

Ralph, LV, KITH… now Snow Peak made a restaurant

We’ve already seen brands dip into the food & beverage scene, from Ralph Lauren’s Polo Bar, to Louis Vuitton’s Le Café V, and KITH’s Sadelle’s in Paris.

NEXT UP —> Snow Peak (one of my favorite outdoor brands) just entered the hospitality game, launching a flagship space in Portland Oregon.

Snow Peak is arguably one of the most important outdoor brands that doesn’t get enough attention the way Patagonia and The North Face do. Born in Japan in 1958 as a simple outdoor brand for outdoor people, their new space is a phenomenal manifestation of the brand they’ve been cultivating for decades.

This is experiential retail at its finest—a place to shop, try out new gear, eat & drink, and buy into the Snow Peak experience, complete with Japanese sensibilities.

I will be paying them a visit when I’m in Portland next.

And some shirts too

Gearing up for the Euros

The good blokes at Art of Football just dropped a new collection of upcycled vintage-wear with shirt designs for every European country in honor of the Euros this summer. I’m still trying to find out when/how they release the actual kits (below), because they’re just too clean!

Also check out Classic Football Shirts, they’re stocked with vintage Euros jerseys!

Have a nice weekend ☕️
